Place: Blansko is located 30 km north of Brno in the Czech Republic (100 km from Wien). The playing site is Masaryk school, Rodkovskeho street (next to the wooden church in the centre of the town, see the map)
System: Open to all players, even games, 5 rounds, MacMahon, time limit 75 minutes + byoyomi 15 stones per 5 minutes, komi 6.5 points.
Final order criteria: MacMahon, SOS, SOSOS, mutual game.

Prizes: For first five places, best 1 dan, 1-2 kyu, 3 kyu and lower, players with 5 or 4 points, and best team. Minimum financial prizes:

Team competition: Players from one club can form 4-member teams (more teams from one club are possible but every player in just one team). The team with most wins will be awarded.
Options of accompanied entertainment: school gym-room for various games (please, take appropriate shoes); possible trips to caves and abyss of Moravian Carst on Sunday.
Poker tournament: In tea-room in the evening, entry fee 50 CZK, no limit Texas Hold'em, prizes for best 3 players depending on total pot.

Children up to 12 years free, 20 kyu 100 CZK (approx. 4 EUR), youth up to 18 years 160 CZK (approx. 6.4 EUR), others 200 CZK (approx. 8 EUR)

Accomodation: 2-4 bedrooms modestly equipped 350 CZK per night including breakfast,
at school 40 CZK per night in own sleeping-bag.
Food: Buffet at place, possibility of lunches at place for 60 CZK (saturday: lentil soup, milano pork slice and spageti; sunday: beaf soup, chicken slice with peach and cheese and potatos), otherwise restaurants in the neighbourhood up to 10 minutes by walk. We recommend lunches at playing site because of time reasons.

By train: Direct connection from Brno, station "Blansko-město", 10 minutes by walk.
By car: Blansko is situated 30 km north of Brno. After entering the town, go along the main road, on the ring-road to the right and the third street to the left. The Masaryk school is at a quiet place next to the wooden church.
